These Terms govern the relationship between CSCONSEIL (“we”, “us”) and any user of the services available at https://leadstrooper.com/ (the “Platform”).
By creating an account, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Definitions

Term Meaning
“Scraper Tool” Any software function enabling Users to extract publicly accessible information from third-party websites.
“Real-Time Collection” Data is fetched only when triggered by the User and is not stored by CSCONSEIL after the session ends.
“Services” Tools that allow Users to locate establishments, fetch public contact information, and export results directly.
“Force Majeure” Event beyond a Party’s control (war, disaster, outage, etc.).

3. Access to the Platform

3.1 Sign-up

  • The Platform is for professional users only.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • Your login credentials are personal and confidential.

3.2 Availability

We aim for continuous availability but may suspend access for maintenance or upgrades without compensation.

4. Description of the Services

The Platform provides technical tools, including:

  1. Search of establishments (e.g., via Google Maps or public sources).
  2. On-demand extraction of publicly available contact information, including business emails when publicly visible.
  3. Real-time processing: Data is collected only when the User triggers it.
  4. No pre-collection or storage:
    CSCONSEIL does not build, store, or resell any database of contacts.

Important clarification

  • CSCONSEIL does not provide contact lists.
  • CSCONSEIL does not enrich or maintain any dataset.
  • All data is retrieved exclusively at the User’s initiative.
  • Data is kept only in the User’s session or exported by the User.

The User is the sole data controller for any personal data collected through the Platform.

6. Obligations

6.1 User responsibilities

You agree to:

  1. Use the Scraper Tool only for lawful purposes.
  2. Ensure your own compliance with GDPR and B2B prospecting rules.
  3. Respect third-party website terms (e.g., Google Maps, business websites).
  4. Avoid collecting private/personal emails unless legally justified.

6.2 What CSCONSEIL does not do

  • We do not monitor which targets you scrape.
  • We do not verify the legality of your intended use.
  • We do not store or maintain any email directories.
  • We do not act as a data broker.

CSCONSEIL provides a neutral technical tool.

6.3 Prohibited behaviour

You may not interfere with the Platform, upload malware, or engage in unlawful or fraudulent activity.
We may suspend accounts involved in abuse.

8. Personal Data

8.1 Role of the Parties

CSCONSEIL acts solely as a technical service provider, not as the data controller.

The User is the only data controller for any personal data they collect or export.

CSCONSEIL does not store, reuse, or determine purposes of collection.

8.2 Session data

Technical logs may be stored for security and billing.

Nothing in these Terms shall be understood as authorising Users to claim that CSCONSEIL provides or maintains email databases.
